An extremely belated update on June’s activities after yet another very busy month—eight novels, 565,547 words—some of which I was lucky enough to spend working in the garden as the British summer finally put in the occasional brief appearance.

May ended and June began with Sharon Thompson’s Wrong Choice—publication details when available.

Karen Brady’s excellent memoir Agnes in Bloom about a woman’s struggle to raise eight children in circumstances of great hardship followed, then a complete change of pace and genre with Solomon Carter’s finale to the Black & Gold series, The Kiss Goodnight.

A lovely romance with a twist by new author Hilary Pugh was next and Minuet and Trio is available for pre-order now.

Elizabeth Hurley’s first novel in The Wiverton Sisters series Under Flint Skies was next, and then another complete change of pace and genre with the thirteenth novel in the Detective Frank Miller series God Complex and Graham H Miller’s The List before finishing the month with Leopold Borstinski’s Bowery Slugger—publication details to follow when available.
